1966 Dodge Coronet 440 cubic inch.       MoT till April      No reserve    Cash on collection

Solid underneath. Chassis rails are unmarked. footwells and boot floor have been repaired at some time in the past. Back half of underbody was stripped to bare metal and repainted with POR15 while the exhaust and back axle were out. Bodywork is best described as reasonable. Its been painted matt black before I got it in 2007 and has lasted well. Main cause for concern is a bit of corrosion on one of the wheel arches. There is some pitting on the roof due to rust beneath the vinyl which has been removed. There is some paint damage between the rear windscreen and boot lid which looks like filler shrinkage but is solid metal when viewed from inside the boot.

Alloy slotmag wheels. Jaz fuel cell and Jaz bucket seats. Glass bumpers and bonnet. Car weighs 3390 lbs. New springs and KYB shocks.  Recent brake shoes and cylinders to rear.

A rebuilt engine was fitted in 2009. Everything new except castings. crankshaft and rods.

Block is 1973 440 bored out to +. 030" and deburred.

TRW pistons with sealed power rings together with 452 heads with new valves springs and seals give a compression ratio of 9. 5:1.

Forged steel crankshaft.

3-bolt comp cams XE268 camshaft with duplex timing gear.

Clevite big ends and mains

ARP bolts throughout

Hi volume oil pump.

Rotating assembly balanced by Performance Unlimited

Edelbrock Performer manifold

Holley Street Avenger carb

Hedman headers

3" stainless exhaust system by Advanced Automotive Systems
