1972 Ford E100 Econoline Custom Van V8 classic american - 70s survivor for sale

For sale. my amazing 1972 Ford E100 Econoline custom van. A true 1970's survivor.

The van is based in the UK but is originally a california van with no rust issues. It was imported to the UK in March 2013.

302ci V8 (5 litre) with auto gearbox and column shift. Auto box shifts nice and smooth. kick down works perfectly.

MOTed until end of April - Tax exempt (so free tax disc. ) Fully U. K. registered with V5 log book in my name.

Interior is in excellent condition considering age. Walls and doors fully lined with blue material in excellent condition. carpet in good condition. Round port-hole windows in rear side panels and sky-light in roof. Period roof rack and rear ladders.
Alloy slot-mags with new cooper cobra tyres with white lettering.
Side exhaust pipes.

Runs and drives well.

Before I had the van it had new brakes. tyres and new rear helper springs.

I have recently replaced the rear axle bearings/seals as there was noise coming from one of them.


The van was customised when new and is mostly still as it was back then.
Spent all it's life in sunny california. it was shipped over in the spring 2013.

It was brought over by Dean (owner of Dice magazine) with his pan-head harley and a couple of his friends bikes.
The van was a support van for their european tour.
It was then sold (as pre-arranged) to a bike builder called Andy Porter (Andy P). who also runs 'Trip Out' bike show.

I purchased the van off Andy P near the end of September 2013.
Reason for me buying it was to use until my perfect vehicle was available - which it is now! Also. it's just cool as f*ck! lol.
Reluctantly selling to fund new project.
