1000+HP 1967 SS Pro Street Chevelle

For your consideration is my 1967 SS Pro Street Chevelle.   This is a true 138 car.   The car was completely restored from the ground up approximately 1200 miles ago. everything on the car except for the body has 1200 miles or less on it.   The car is currently painted satin black and all the body panels are solid and the car is rust free.   There is well over 60k invested in this car but its time to move on.   I drive this car to and from work several times a week. it is very street able and is completely street legal. the car is currently registered and insured.   The car is setup to  run on pump gas  There is way to many parts and info to put in this ad. nbsp;but I will try to hit the main points in the ad. I also have a scrap book with tons of pictures of the car being built along with a book of receipts.   I will do my best to outline the highlights of the car below:

Driveline:

Bill Mitchell Merlin 540ci. pump gas motor. rated at 750 HP.

NOS Big Shot nitrous kit currently jetted for a 275 shot. (Can easily add a second stage. motor is built for a 600 shot)

Freddy Brown AOD automatic transmission with electronic overdrive (rated for 1500hp).

Custom 12g fuel cell

BG fuel pump. custom braided lines. completely custom fuel system capable of supporting 1500hp naturally aspirated.

Ford 9 inch rear-end with brace. 35 spline strange axles. 4:11 gears and spool.

Montana Bros pro-built ladder bar rear chassis with 4 link fully adjustable suspension.

Chassis:

Montana Bros full Chassis.

NHRA 7. 50 ET certified Chrome Moly cage. cost was over 2k for the cage alone.

Brakes/Tires:

Wilwood disc brakes. upgraded lines.

Weld Pro-star rims with Mickey Thompson front runners and 33X19. 5X15 ET Streets in the rear.

Electronics:

Cheetah Shifter with command console

Full MSD ignition/Dizzy

Painless wiring full wire harness

Custom dash with Autometer Carbon Fiber Gauges

Interior:

Fully adjustable race seats.

Custom interior including door panels. carpet. headliner. and rear compartment.

Custom stereo system. sounds amazing.

I have tons of receipts. nbsp;I assure you there was no expense spared with this build and only the best parts were used.   The car has only been to the track once. and it was ran without the nitrous.   The best ET on the motor was 9. 41.   Easily an 8 sec street car on just one stage of nitrous.

The car does have a fiberglass hood and trunk lid.   I had fiberglass bumpers on it as well but I recently removed them to put on factory chrome bumpers.   The front has been installed and I should have the rear installed prior to the end of the auction.
