You are looking at an unusual auction of a rare vehicle with no reserve!  This is a 1949 Willys Jeepster - Phaeton Convertible. 4WD made by Kaiser/Willys. 3 Speed Manual Transmission. 497 Super Hurricane engine.  The vehicle is in running condition. ready to be driven home by its new owner.  The 4WD was not factory installed. however it was installed by Willys a few years later.  There were only 1500 of the Kaiser/Willy Jeepster ever made. making this a very difficulty vehicle to find.  (Apparently there are only 300 of them still in existence) The vehicle had some light restoration in 1985 and a new custom rag top was fashioned by Walt's Top Shop in Albuquerque. NM in 2011.  There is a winch mounted on the front and spare tire mounted on the back with cover.  This vehicle has been driven 95. 64 miles and has some dents. dings. paint chips consistent with its age and use.  The owner has receipts for work done on this vehicle.  It is located in Sandia Park. NM and is available for inspection.  It is consigned for sale by our neighbor and he has multiple pictures and the provenance and is willing to discuss specifics with prospective purchasers.  Message us if you would like more information or to see the vehicle prior to your bid.

$500 deposit by Paypal will be required within 2 days of completion of auction.  Balance of purchase price will be required in certified funds upon pick up of vehicle at owner's location.  Buyer is responsible for arranging shipping or completing pick up.
