1971 Plymouth duster 318318 engine with upgraded RV cam for that lub-lub-lub exhaust sound and better torque8 3/4 rear with sure grip and 3.55 gear ratioPower steering (works but leaking)Automatic 3-speed transmission with column shifterPlum crazy purple single stage paintShark-tooth grill with working lights/turn signalsEdelbrock dual plane intake manifoldEdelbrock 4-barrel carburetorTTI headers ceramic coatedDual exhaust with crossoverNew driveshaft (old/stock ones wobble due to warped rubber internals)Welded in frame railsFront and rear drum brakesSmall bolt pattern 4" x 5" Craiger style rimsMopar brand rear leaf springs with new rubber bushingsAftermarket gas tankGas-adjust shocks front and rear.  I purchased this car 10 + years ago and I'm tired of starting it every week to drive around the block. Garage kept.  The car started life light-blue with white interior.  It had a slant-6 engine and automatic transmission. Looks like it came with power steering and AC based on some of the firewall adaptors.  It's been modified it to get it close to how the stock V8 versions were set-up.I have been enjoying keeping the car running, but time to look into getting a RV.  Runs and drives fine, but some things need attention to make it a turn-key daily driver.  If I had the time/mechanic skills, I would spend time fixing power steering gearbox leak, installing the included thicker torsion bars (included), installing front sway bar (included), rebuilding front suspension with kit (included), new torque converter so the engine power can be utilized better. For a V8, this car it seems slow to me.  I don't have any base for comparison though, and maybe it's just a timing or carburetor adjustment thing...  Anyway, brake lights, speedometer, and some of the gauges don't work. Fuel and oil pressure do gauges work. I would also change out the rear end 3.55 gear ratio for something lower so it is better on the freeway. Exterior: Single stage Plum crazy purple painted 10-15 years ago with decal hockey-stripe call-outs that say 340. Hood, trunk, and doors shut with a solid thumb. Hand crank side windows work great, but window wobbles a little.  All windows appear original.  Keys and latches work. Paint is fair. A few paint splotches on the roof and one of the back fin things seems to have some bond-o repair cracking. Very straight overall and no visible signs any bad accident or replaced floor pans or anything.  Little rust splotches showing up low near the wheel wells.  Beautiful shark-tooth grill.Interior: Some of the gauges don't work. Hadn't looked into it much because I didn't really drive it very much.  Horn works.  Radio face is beautiful, but radio doesn't work.  Heat / AC push-button panel works, but no heat or AC.  Headliner replaced a few years back with only a few waves.  Newer carpet and vinyl seats.  Bench front seats.  Front seats with lap-seat belts, and rear with after-market over the shoulder ones.  Interior parts that are metal have a mat-black finish.Engine: It is a Chrysler 318 engine block with stock heads and probably about 8.5:1 compression ratio. Engine is from 1978 and was rebuilt 3-4 years ago by local machine shop. Great compression. RV cam. Stock torque converter. I was told that to make the car faster/more responsive off the line, a torque converter with higher stall RPM? would help.  Front and rear drum brakes work well.Rear end:  Originally car had 7 1/4 non-sure grip.  I parted together a 8 3/4 rear end and had local driveline place install a new 3.55 gear ratio with sure-grip.  New rear bearings and gear oil.  Since the back end was off, I put in new leaf-springs, and gas tank.  Coated the rear with rubber spray protector stuff after scraping off and sanding.  Other things to mention are a new battery (purchased 9/2021) relocated to trunk. Smaller lighter weight starter. Flaming-river kill switch added, and fire extinguisher mounted solidly in trunk. No spare tire. Trunk mat is in good shape.  Car jack present, but missing the base.  Lots of extra parts/pieces included (see photo).I have loved this car and looking forward to it finding a good home for someone to enjoy.  I took a 2 minute walk-around video with cold-engine start, but can't figure out how to add it to the e-bay ad.  If you want it, please reach out to me.Clear title in hand.  Registration current.  Full payment required before you get to take her home.  Cash preferred.  No personal checks or monkey business trade/credit.  10 day auction ending at 8pm Sunday.  Good luck!!!  Will be listing it on other internet sites.  If you are serious about buying this, give me a call or text at (760) 521-0124 to come check it out.  The engine sounds great!  I'm in Oceanside California, 92056I set a reserve to make sure it doesn't sell for $50 bucks because I entered something in this ebay ad incorrectly.  Ideally, I would hope to get $15,000.  Reserve set at $9,000.  Fair price with honest description of a very solid classic muscle-car.  Just looking for this car to go to a good person.God bless, Jimmycell to call/text is (760) 521-0124Oceanside, California
