This wonderfully restored example features its original. durable Mileage Maker 223ci OHV Inline 6 engine producing a factory-rated 115 horsepower mated to a 3-speed column shift manual transmission! Features include rare side-mounted spare tire. beautiful oak wood bed. chrome front & rear bumpers. running board step plates. seatbelts. turn signals. driver sun visor. and Firestone Deluxe Champion wide whitewall tires!

This example has been recently treated to a full mechanical restoration by Funtime Classic Cars based in Tennessee which included a full 12-volt electrical upgrade! This involved a new battery. alternator. all lighting components. dimmer switch. and refurbished gauges! During the process. all 5 tires were replaced for new. as well as all four shocks. engine belts. all hoses & clamps. new vacuum hoses. valve cover gasket. oil pan gasket. all fluids. and exhaust system! The entire suspension and chassis system has been fully lubricated. and it runs just excellent! This was all completed in March 2013 preparing it for a new owner to use confidently all summer long! Our example was built in the Dallas. TX production plant in early 1955. and survives most recently from Georgia proving it spent the majority of its life in the dry south!
