The body is impressive, it's laser beam straight from every angle. The rockers are just as smooth as the roof. Upfront the grill was replaced, it has show quality chrome on the bumper. It has optional turn signals on top of the fenders, it has correct antenna. Door handles, emblems and marker lights were replaced. In back the taillights have been rechromed, show quality chrome on the bumper. The car is decked out with black hood with a big scoop, stripes on the sides and tailpanel, a spoiler on the trunk and sport mirrors. The door jambs are painted real slick, weather strips were replaced. It has new 14 inch rallye wheels and trim rings on Cooper tires.

INTERIOR: It was completely gutted to an empty shell. The entire inside of the car was prepped and painted gloss yellow. The entire dash was disassembled and restored. The heater box was apart and restored. Dash pad looks new, woodgrain trim has been replaced. The original AM radio and heater control panel is excellent. New glove box liner. Steering wheel is excellent, there is a Sunpro tachometer on the column and a matching gauge cluster down below the dash. Down on the floor is new carpet with embroidered Duster mats. New 3-point retractable seat belts. The headliner was replaced and has a working dome light. The door panels are new. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Vin # matching 340 HP motor. Finishline Racing Engines rebuilt the 340 motor. It was bored, magnafluxed, resurfaced, polished crank, valve job etc. New bearings, pistons, Comp cam, rockers, lifters, rings, valves, Edelbrock carb etc. Radiator was replaced, new fan and shroud. It iis certainly a show quality engine bay. Clean straight metal that has gloss yellow finish. Original fender tag is still attached. Every component has been carefully painted. The air cleaner assembly is fully restored, new decal and complete heat riser assembly. It has reproduction Mopar hoses and clamps. New alternator. The battery is bolted down properly, has new cables. Power brake booster and master were replaced. Squirters are hooked up, it has hood insulation, there's a polished vacuum reservoir because of the performance cam.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The entire inside of the trunk was prepped and painted yellow. It has working trunk light. New rear seat divider, trunk mat and weatherstrip. The complete jack assembly us secured properly.

UNDERSIDE: Flipped on it's side and prepped and painted as nice as the top. Every component was removed, rebuilt or replaced. Suspension is detailed. Rebuilt brakes, disc in front, stainless brake lines. Replaced fuel system. Bottom of the motor is spotless, the matching vin is right above the only pan. VIN # also matches on the trans. T&B Transmissions rebuilt the 727 Torqueflite automatic. Dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers and correct tips.

This restoration cost would far exceed what we are asking. Isn't it great when you can buy something as cool as this and still be getting a lot of value. This show quality muscle car sure looks good!

I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.

About Volo Auto Museum

No other collector car dealer has been in business longer than the Volo Auto Museum.  Owned and operated by the Grams family since 1960.  We are the only collector car dealer that has 4 generations of experience with buying, selling and consigning classic autos.  For our family, classic cars are more than a business, it is a passion.  Over the decades, we have maintained a reputation for dealing with integrity as proven with our high reviews and A+ rating with the BBB.

Buying a classic car can be exciting, but also stressful.  We want to take the stress out of your buying experience by allowing you the time and tools you need to get to know the car you are interested in before making your investment, not after.  Unlike auctions, we allow test drives, 3rd party inspections, the use of our shop and car lift.  No reasonable request will be turned down.

Selling a car can be equally stressful, but it doesn't have to be.  After reviewing your quality collector car, we will discuss the options we have available to you and let you decide what works best for you.  We have cash available for immediate sales and we also offer a consignment program that surpasses anyone else's.   Unlike percentage based programs with fees; we work with a no fee, net to owner.  This allows us the opportunity to treat and market your car as if it were our own.  We invest approximately $1500 of our own money into marketing your car, which means if it doesn't sell, we lose, not you.  So, we are more aggressive in selling your car!
