This is a 69 Dart 440 auto with 3500 stall converter 8 3/4 mopar 5:13 posi. I have owned this car since 1992. The car has always been stored. the only time it has been out of the garage is to wash and wax and let run.
The motor has very few passes in the quarter mile. and it has ran in the 10 s consistently.  The build is not over built. meaning you should get a couple of seasons at the strip without a rebuild.
It is NOT a numbers matching car. Original motor was a 273 ci v-8. With the exception of the roof and rear quarters the car is all fiberglass.
If your looking for a street rod this is not your car. It is a DRAG strip car. lots of fun to race. The paint is in very good shape. silver in color with the yellow stripe on the rear. full roll cage. narrowed rear end. and tubbed on the interior to make room for the rear slicks.
The engine compartment is nothing pretty but its pretty fast. Old school on the fuel system no fuel injection it has an 850 holley to deliver the goods.
You could not build the power train on this car for what the opening bid is. Good luck to you.
