The 1984 Jeep CJ-8 was a long wheel base version of the CJ-7. introduced in 1982 and manufacture through 1986. It features a removable half-cab. creating a small pick-up style box.  





This Jeep was previously advertised by Texas Classic Cars of Dallas. the Jeep showed signs of rust around the windshield. and had diamond plate around the quarter panels. The owner had us remove all rust and remove the diamond plate pieces to make sure there was no rust underneath. We found a solid body and no rust. The Jeep was repainted.  This work was just completed within the last month.  



The chrome front bumper and nerf bars add just that right touch to the CJ.



The Dallas Love Field Frontiers of Flight Museum is located only minutes from our showroom and is the location for many of our photos. Be sure to check out the historic Flight Museum if you find yourself in Dallas.



The front end of the car was completely rebuilt. upgraded brakes. steering box and new shocks were added to this  Scrambler CJ-8.  





The door panels look good and the door bottoms are solid.







The  gauges are working as they should. This CJ  is ready to take  to the street or off road whichever you like. The  5 speed manual transmission is what comes equipped this 1984 Scrambler.













The interior is in good condition. The floor has been sprayed with protective coating.



The seats are in pretty good conditions throughout. there is an  upgraded fold up back seat as well as new A/C system install for those hot summer days; added to the list a new radio and speakers were installed in 2011.  









The interior is in good condition throughout showing just a few minor flaws.

The 350 V-8 runs great and is clean and detailed.





It has a CJ-7 hard top giving the back seat enclosure but creating a small truck bed. Works out great. had a custom cover made for the small truck bed and a spare tire cover to match.  





This unique 1984 Jeep rides on custom 35" wheels wrapped in Goodyear Wrangler tires.







All in all the Scrambler is in great mechanical condition and with a little work in the interior this could be an outstanding show vehicle. There are not that many of these rare vehicles left out there. The Jeep comes with a reliable Chevy 350 V-8 engine.  



 The undercarriage is clean and solid. With all of it's new components. it's ready to drive.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the vehicle leaves our dealership.

TAX. TITLE AND LICENSE

We are a licensed Texas dealership. It is required that we collect all tax. title and license fees from Texas residents at the time of the sale. We will do all of the title work. Non Texas residents are responsible for paying taxes in his/her state. Overseas customers will be charged a $30. 00 fee for wire transfers. We must collect a vehicle inventory tax of . 002276% and a small documentary fee of $75. 00 on ALL sales.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can refer you to a number of national and international shippers. Once the vehicle leaves our dealership. we will take no further responsibility for the vehicle.
