1979 Mecury Capri RS Fox Body 4 speed Original Owners for sale

1979 Mercury Capri for sale by the original owners. 96. 24 original miles. Bought brand new in 79 from Vero Beach Lincoln-Mercury in Florida. One repaint in original color of Medium Vaquero Metallic. All stripes are NOS Ford and there is an extra set of stripes. NOS Ford that comes with the car. There is no rust or bondo. that I could find.

Interior is original and in great condition. Dash pad is excellent with no cracks. Side door panels and back panels are sun faded. Carpet. seats headliner look great. Radio is not original Ford but is a Sony. All glass is excellent including the windshield. Factory 4 speed.

TRX wheels are great condition and come with an extra set of NOS center caps. Tires are Michelin's in good condition.

Motor is the original V6 German made 2. 8 6 cylinder. 171 cubic inches. Motor has some updates. Has a nice Crane cam with paper work. Header with a dual exhaust to the rear. Custom Capri valve cover. Holly 390 4 brl. Stock ignition. Factory power steering. Air conditioner is unhooked. This car can be driven any distance. No mechanical problems at all.

Has the original window sticker. You won't need a Marti Report for this car. as you can talk to the original owner. If you would like to inspect the car you can call me at 440-286-4512.
