This is a rare 1975 K series Blazer.  The top is 100% removable.  It is a frame-off restoration.  It has brand new suspension. all brakes components. brake lines. gas tank. gas tank lines. new tires. new heater fan. heater core. new dual exhaust and many other new items.  I would say it is 90% done.  It is running and all electrical is working.  The interior needs to be finished.
