Issues: overall it's a really clean car. with no issues. 1) The driver's seat has a small tear/wear spot from the previous driver. but it's not growing and is not very obvious. 2) the bumper has a few small scratches. but nothing major. 3) The front passenger fender has a small dent next to the headlight. 4) The front passenger rim has a small amount of curb rash
Maintenance: oil changed every 3-5K miles with synthetic. I just had the electrical water pump replaced (these typically fail between 50-75K miles) and a small oil leak; while they were working on it. I had the shop inspect it for any other issues. none were found. (Work was done by AA Euro Auto Services. 8040 Avondale Rd NE. Redmond. WA 98052. which is highly rated and knows BMWs)
Misc. : NO accidents. non-smoker. adult driven. No CEL or other issues
