LAST CHANCE FOR A TIGER!
This is a series 1 high performance V8 version of the British Rootes Groups Sunbeam Alpine Roadster. designed in part by the American designer and driver Carroll Shelby and produced from 1964 - 1967. This version of the Tiger was the Series 1 and was fitted with the 260 cubic inch (4. 3L). A great car and fun to drive. Since there were only 6. 50 ever made there are not too many sitting around anymore that need to be restored. This car can be the perfect project for someone who would love to have a Tiger.
This Tiger needs total restoration. floors are weak. rockers need replaced and frame is rusty in some areas. The car rolls and steers ok. The previous owner said it last ran in 1998 and has been stored inside since then. Extra parts for engine are shown in pictures. I believe the car to be about 98% complete. however this in only an estimate. The engine does not run and car is sold in. as is condition. no guarentees.
