1987 BMW M635 CSI BLUE Manual E24 M6 635 CLASSIC

For sale is my 1987 BMW M635 CSI Manual in fantastic Cosmosblau Metallic finish.   This car is an absolute time warp example. maintained and serviced by the same Murketts BMW dealer most of it's life.  Timing chain and guides replaced at Murketts  during Dr Cracknells ownership. the car also appeared in the TV show Howards way in the late 80's.

This is a one private owner car. previous to Dr Cracknell the car was registered to BMW GB Ltd.

First owner registered 24/03/1987 to BMW GB Ltd. Bracknell until 21/10/1988

Exterior:

Body is in fantastic condition as you can see in the pics with paint in great condition. the paint and bright work is delightful with a good deep lustre and shine.   A few stone chips and blemishes can be found but none detract from the overall condition.

Engine:

Starts on the first turn every time. warms up quickly then holds its temperature perfectly whether cruising or in traffic. Performed faultlessly on recent 50 mile journey.   The M1 (M88) block is strong and feels like a car with far fewer miles.   The manual Gearbox also feels fresh providing precise gear changes.

Suspension:

The underside of the car is in great shape with many new components 

Wheels and Tyres:

Recently refurbished original BMW 15" cross spoke alloys in fantastic condition. wrapped in original spec Michelin TRX 240/45/15 tyres  and all round with plenty of tread.

Interior:

Beautiful Blue check cloth interior in time warp condition. the only unfortunate blemish is a repaired drivers side seat.   All gauges reporting as normal as well as the cars inspection panel.   Sun roof tilts and slides perfectly. as does the electric mirrors and all of the windows.  

Original owners Manual. Comprehensively stamped Maintenance booklet annual receipts dating back to 2008 are included with the car.  Comes with all 3 keys
