Citroen DS 1960 French Built ID19 for sale

Early 1960 French built Citroen ID19. not very many of these have survived .
This one originally was found in the dry area near Shepparton (Vic)
over time the car has had lots of restoration work but still needs some fine tuning
It has been resprayed and had lots of attention getting things back to original. no rust that I can find
The previous owner bought a 57 DS hence why the car hasn't been finished off .
She runs. rives and hydraulics work but the gear linkages need looking at or perhaps a simple adjustment.
she is popping out of first gear.
The panels have been hurriedly put back on so need final securing/adjustment .
new michelin tyres all round
rebuilt brake calipers
most work has been done by David Gries. a local Citroen expert
It is not perfect but it is a very presentable car which can easily be improved with little cost.
