Real 1970 AAR Cuda AAR T/A six barrel 340 engine 349 six pack build sheet

You are bidding on a real 1970 AAR Cuda with a  real AAR  T/A six barrel 340 engine.  

This 1970 Plymouth 'Cuda AAR is one of just 1. 14 automatic AARs ever produced. its authenticity is backed up.

This car is in the AAR registry and comes with 2 original build sheets and original fender tags. One tag has Trans Am on it. Body retains all correct VIN stamping that match tags and build sheets.

The VIN on the car is BS23J0B294119.

The Original Color is FF4 Lime Green with H6F8 Dark green interior. The car is not the correct shade of green currently.

The vehicle has correct Trans/Am type components under hood as aspirated High Ratio power steering with the original T/A casting. front and rear original sway bars. original oversized rear 11 inch rear brakes.

This car was purchased new and owned by an Eastern Airlines Pilot in CA. for most of its life.  The car was brought back east US sometime back in the early 1990s and was used to go to local car events and was eventually slated to be fully restored. Due to illness this car just sat in dry storage and had little use since back then.

The car still retains the original AAR hood. original rear wing. steel  original  air cleaner assembly.  and from what I can see all original sheet metal. The only repair of significance is the center of the trunk had a plate installed in the center.

The wheels are 15 inch mopar rally and have a Pentastar on them by the valve stems.

The car appears to have one repaint only and it is originally FF4 code.

Looking at the front end it appears the car was never involved in any type of accident. Some digs on roof.

Sides are very clean and not hiding numerous stories since only had one repaint.

Overall the exterior is very solid and has not been butchered.

The body has all correct stampings and the floors have the correct torque box supports.

The floors have original undercoat and from what I can see have not been cut. replaced. or altered.

The title is clean/clear 2 owner and indicates 35. 00 original miles.

The engine in the car is a real 340 T/A 6 pack engine. 3577130TA casting number

The 340 T/A 6 pack engine is casting dated 11/1969 and the code on the engine block pad appears to reads from what I can see  0B3049 which is different than vin.

Has correct casting heads with adjustable rocker arms. casting engine. 6 pack intake. and Mopar high flow exhaust manifolds.

I believe the rear is a the original Chrysler 8 3/4  Surgrip.

On the interior it needs to be refreshed as dash pad. seat covers. carpets. ect. The headliner is decent original.

The Cuda retains its original A/M 8 Track radio and sport steering wheel.

The car starts right up and can be driven reliably anywhere. It runs strong. shifts firm. and steers and brakes great.

 It has just had new battery. plugs. oil change. rear brakes. wheel cylinders. and parking brake parts replaced. even the choke works.

The gauges. light. horn. ect. work fine. The radio comes on but does not play.

The car is being sold as is no warranty. The car can be driven reliably anywhere as is but prime to be restored. There is not many of these real and overall solid AARs out there like this.

Most are rebodied. clones. or restored rust buckets.
