1970 Dodge Challenger T/A

             

Here is a beautiful 1970 Dodge challenger T/A. It is one of 2399 built. It received a full rotisserie restoration in 2011. All front suspension. 4-speed transmission. 391 sure-grip rear end were rebuilt to factory specs. The engine block was replaced at some time with a factory T/A replacement block. It was also rebuilt in 2011 to standard factory specs. The car also received new brakes. exhaust. gas tank and radiator. The rust free body and paint are in excellent condition as is the interior. All chrome is very good and everything works as it should.

The previous owner is a 80 year old gentleman who had the car restored in 2011 and put about 15. 00 miles on it. It was never driven in the rain or snow.

Here is a great opportunity  to own a very rare and highly collectible Mopar. The 340 Six Pack and 4-speed make for a great driving experience. At Close of Auction

All Arizona Buyers must pay 6. 3% sales tax!

The successful "winning" bidder must telephone us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.

Full payment must be received within 7 business days of the end of auction. Payment must be either by cashiers-check. cash (In-Person). bank wire transfer. or certified funds. If funds are not received. and an alternate arrangement has not been made. the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come. first-serve basis.

The parties agree that this contract shall be construed under the substantive laws of the state of Arizona. that the state courts of Arizona shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any action brought to enforce the terms of this contract or over any action arising out of the underlying transaction(s) with seller and venue may be had in the Maricopa County Superior Court of the state of Arizona .
