This 1949 Dodge Power wagon was a 5 year project just completed in 2010.  The restoration includes the following:

 

-Rebuilt 1953 265 Spitfire engine

-Rebuilt brake system

-Rebuilt seat frame and re wrapped

-Powder coated floor and running boards

-Rewired to 12 volt

-Michelin XZL’s

-Electronic ignition

-New distributor

-New carb

-New plugs and wires

-Recored radiator

-New alternator

-All body panels repaired.  Taken down to bare metal then painted with Ford Red tractor single stage paint.  Flat paint not show quality paint with a clear coat.  

-New headliner. dome light. steering wheel. turn signals. etc.

 

-Has working 20. 00 lb Tulsa PTO winch!!

 

-Comes with rebuilt 1966 251 Engine and Trans that will bolt up to the truck if ever needed.  If now great show piece at cars shows.  Simply drop the sides down to display!

What we list in the ad is what the odometer currently reads or is based off rebuild information. provided by the builder and cannot be used as fact. of the engine and or body/chassis. Also. you cannot do a Carfax or Autocheck on any VEHICLE older than a 1981.

 

Although not a "no reserve" auction. We reserve the right to stop this auction at any time.

Transport

We do not like to broker out any of our shipping.  We handle all arrangements in house so that we know exactlty where the vehicle is from point A to B.  We highly suggest only using enclosed shipping for vintage and exotic vehicles.  It is on average a couple of hundred dollars more but is well worth it when you think about how open carriers work with holding yards and packed shipping trucks. AND TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT 

We use the Central Dispatch carrier program and we do this because any carrier that wants to be affiliated with them has to licensed. insured. and bonded.  This is to protect your vehicle up until you recieve it.  

*Please note that the vehicle cannot be shipped until the first set of documents containing the bill of sale. tax exemption form. etc… has been returned to the dealership.   The documents are sent immediately to you after you have purchased the vehicle in full.   After these are sent back the vehicle is ready to ship and title will be mailed out. *
