GTO #242 Rotisserie Restored

Rotisserie Restored 1968 GTO (#242) 400/370HP 4-Spd. The restoration was completed in 2000 and the car has been driven limited aprox. 2340 miles since. mostly to shows (MUTIPLE SHOW TROPHYS) and never in bad weather. It is an original HO 4 speed car currently of which there were 6187 made. The engine is a completely rebuilt XH code 400/370HP built to ram air specs. Aluminum roller rockers with #13 heads with 4-spd Borg Warner T10. Rear end 3:36. 1 4 pinion posi. The car sounds real strong and performs and handles even better. Flow master exhaust with 68 GTO tips. The exterior of this car is is top show quailty. nbsp;better than factory door gaps and body lines. nbsp;All chrome and trip looks show quality at best.   The interior is black with bucket seats and a console very nicely restored. The car features a ram air hood. tilt wheel. nbsp;. peed warning. nbsp;low fuel warning light added  on during restorating rear wing and hood tach.   Completely detailed undercarriage that is show quality stunning . painted same color of car with very high gloss along along with frame painted high gloss black. undercarriage code suspension tags still on this GTO is a true and rare barn find.   Car comes with PHS document certifaction. being purcahsed new at Jim Witts Pontiac Lowell Mas for $3. 08. 42. This GTO prior to restoration was purchased 1995 in a cows field Dracut Mass. and look at her now.  　

Just to highlight the top quality status of this GTO's restoration. It was done with the highest level of details and to the fullest. I would rate this car as a solid 2 plus and you could say trailer queen when looking at the undercarriage.  Some description consisted of the following . nbsp;complete front-end including upper and lower control arms bushing. steering boxes. brakes including backing plates and drums brake boaster. trailing arms all new bushing. all new window glass. weather stripping felts door gaskets. floor and trunk panels quarter and a hole lot more. nbsp; have one of the cleanest 1968 Pontiac GTO's
