1974 CAMARO Z/28 TYPE LT 4 SPEED WITH FACTORY AIR CONDITION

WOW!!!!! TAKING ABOUT A RARE CAR. THIS IS IT !!!!

THIS IS A ONE OWNER 75K ORIGINAL MILE CAR THAT IS STILL IN THE ORIGINAL 1974 TITTLE WITH ALL THE

ORIGINAL FACTORY DOCUMENTATION THAT PROOFS WHAT THIS CAR IS ABOUT.

I BOUGHT THIS CAR SEVERAL MONTHS AGO AND IT WAS IN AN UNTOUCHED ORIGINAL SURVIVOR CONDITION

WEARING THE ORIGINAL PAINT.

THE CAR WAS IN SUCH A NICE SHAPE THAT I DECIDE TO TAKE THE CAR TO ONE OF THE BEST RESTORATION SHOPS

 IN THE NATION TO PERFORM WHAT THEY CALL A FRAME ON CONCOURSE RESTORATION.

THE ENGINE IS A L82 350 HIGH PERFORMANCE MATCHED TO A FOUR SPEED M20 MUNCIE TRANSMISION AND A 3. 42

POSITRACTION REAR END. ALL MATCHING NUMBERS AND CORRECT.

 

THE ENGINE. TRANSMISION AND REAR END WAS TAKEN OUT FROM THE CAR AND THEY WHERE RESTORE TO

PERFECTION. THE FRONT CHASSIS WAS SODA BLASTED AND ALSO RESTORE TO PERFECTION BUT WAS NOT TAKEN

 OUT FRONT THE CAR TO MAINTAIN THE FACTORY ALIGMENTS AND GAPS. THE UNDERCARRIAGE WAS ALSO BLASTED

AND RESTORE TO THE FACTORY RED OXIDE PRIMER.

 

ALL THE FACTORY MARKINGS WERE PHOTOGRAFH BEFORE THE RESTORATION AND THEM DUPLICATED ON THE CAR

 AS THEY CAME. ALL THE FACTORY LABELS AND DECALS WHERE ALSO INSTALLED WHERE THEY WERE.

ALL THE FUEL AND BRAKE LINES WHERE REPLACED WITH NEW ONES AND ALL THE BRAKES AND FUEL COMPONENTS

 WAS ALSO REPLACED WITH NEW PARTS.

 

THE BODY WAS STRIPPED DOWN TO THE BARE METAL AND WAS RESPRAYED WITH THE ORIGINAL FACTORY MEDIUM

 RED METALLIC CODE 74 PAINT. THE PAINT WORK ON THIS CAR IS SO STUNING THAT LOOKS LIKE THE PAINT IS WET.

THE BODY PANELS WAS NOT TAKEN OUT OF THE CAR BECAUSE THE ALINGMENT AND GAPS WAS TO GOOD TO MEST

 WITH. THE INTERIOR OF THE TRUNK AND THE DOORS JAMS STILL WEAR THE ORIGINAL PAINT.

 

A NEW SET OF DECALS WAS INSTALLED ON THE HOOD AND TRUNK LID.

 

WE DECIDE TO NOT TAKE THIS CAR APART AND PERFORMS A FRAME OFF RESTORATION BECAUSE THIS CAR WAS SO

 PERFECT THAT EVEN THE BEST RESTORER WILL NEVER DUPLICATED TO PERFECTION HOW THIS CAR WAS

ASSEMBLED IN THE FACTORY.

 

ALL THE GLASS. TRIMS. EMBLEMS. LIGHTS. BEZELS AND WEATHERSTRIP ARE THE ONES THAT CAME FRONT THE

FACTORY IN THIS CAR AND ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION.

 

THE TRUNK COMPARTMENT IS ALL ORIGINAL EXCEPT FOR THE TRUNK MAT THAT WAS REPLACE WITH A NEW ONE DUE

 TO SOME OLD STAINS THAT THE ORIGINAL MAT HAVE. THE SPARE AND JACK HAVE NEVER BEEN OUT OR USED. THE

ORIGINAL DECALS ON THE TRUNK LID ARE STILL THE ONES THAT CAME FROM THE FACTORY IN THIS CAR.

 

 

THE ENGINE BAY IS ALL RESTORE AND DETAILED TO PERFECTION AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE PHOTOS.

 

THE INTERIOR IS ALL ORIGINAL. UNTOUCHED AND NEVER BEEN OUT OF THE CAR. EVEN THE FLOOR MATS ARE THE

ONES THAT CAME FROM THE FACTORY IN THIS CAR. WE JUST CLEANED AND DETAIL IT.

BY LOOKING AT THE CON DITION OF THE INTERIOR YOU HAVE THE BEST PROOF OF HOW WELL CARE THIS CAR WAS

 ALL HIS LIFE BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER. ( FYI no company reproduces the type lt cloth seats. door panels or trims)

 

THE ORIGINAL WHEELS WERE BLASTED. RESTORED AND PAINTED TO THE ORIGINAL COLOR. THE TRIM RINGS.

CENTER CAPS AND LUG NUTS ARE THE ORIGINAL ONES. THIS WHEELS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION. THE CAR 

NOW WEAR A SET OF 17'S AMERICAN RACING TORQUE TRUSH II WHEELS WITH KUHMO TIRES THAT WILL BE INCLUDED

WITH THE CAR IF THE BUYER WANTS THEM.

 

ALL THE DRIVETRAIN IN THIS CAR IS MATCHING NUMBERS INCLUDING THE ENGINE. TRANSMISION. REAR END.

CARBURATOR. STARTER. DISTRIBUTOR. ETC.

ALL THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WORKS PERFECTLY INCLUDING THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR LIGHTS. HORN. RADIO. /p>

GAUGES. REVERSE LIGHTS. ETC. THE A/C BLOWS COLD AND STILL IS THE ORIGINAL R12 SYSTEM.

THE CAR SOUNDS. RUNS AND FEELS LIKE A NEW CAR. VERY POWERFUL ENGINE. EVERYTHING IS TIGHT WITHOUT ANY

RATTLES OR FUNNY NOISES.

 

THIS CAR IS SO RARE AND UNIQUE THAT I BET THAT YOU HAVE NEVER SEE ANOTHER Z/28 LIKE THIS ONE. THIS IS A

DOCUMENTED FULLY LOADED FACTORY MATCHING NUMBERS 4 SPEED Z/28 CAR WITH FACTORY AIR CONDITION THAT

HAVE THE TYPE LT OPTION. WITH POWER WINDOWS. TILT WHEEL. AM-FM RADIO. GAUGES AND OTHER RARE OPTIONS

I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT IF THE NEW BUYER DID NOT WANT THE 17'S AMERICAN WHEELS THAT ARE IN THE CAR NOW. THEN THE ORIGINAL WHEELS WILL BE MOUNTED IN A NEW SET OF  FIRESTONE WIDE OVAL F60-15 AS IT CAME FROM THE FACTORY FOR THAT ORIGINAL LOOK OR ANY OTHER BRAND OF TIRE THAT THE NEW BUYER DESIRE AT NO EXTRA COST.
