1933 Dodge Brothers Pickup. . Chopped and shaved to perfectionIt has a brand new 350  crate motor with custom Alloy heads with  roller lifters and a incredible matched cam. you can count the cylinders when at idle. about 500 miles on the motor since installed Flat top 10. 5 to 1 pistons with a custom balanced crank and racing bearings and high performance seals. custom oil pan with high volume oil pump.  Polished 750 Holley double pumper on a polished hi rise intake with an electronic ignition set up. New exhaust system.  a custom 3000 stall  with Locar shifter. a new billet steering column with a new custom banjo steering wheel. A very nice custom wood dash with brand new Dolphin gauges. A nice stereo system with CD for some road tunes. Power windows. tilt steering. The interior is all custom and is very very nice. the seats are very comfortable and the fit and finish of the interior is awesome as you can see New billet pulleys and a new chrome alternator. it has a new power steering system with all new belts I had a complete brake system installed with all new rotors drums and master cylinder. new brake lines and new fittings and a custom chrome expansion tank. A custom high performance aluminum radiator. with chrome reservoir.  It has a 9 inch rear end and new shocks and the truck has been lowered to an stance that has gotten me so many complements.  The exhaust is custom built with stainless fittings. because the truck sits so low i had NASCAR oval stainless exhaust pipe ran and if you have ever priced that stuff it was not cheap. It has an incredible sound both when idling and when you crack the throttle it is unreal. It always gathers a crowd when started.  I have been a gear head all my life and this is the first Dodge Brothers I have ever seen so I did a little research. In 1930s truck sales of light- medium duty trucks was almost non existant. The age of farmers and ranchers having trucks that was for family use was a brand new concept   Mr Chrysler wanted to boost sales and also honer the two Dodge Brothers. So in 1933 Mr Chrysler decided to build what he called the glamor truck. To make the truck appeal to farmers and ranchers as a family vehicle took the sheet metal from the 1933 Dodge Automobile and used it on the pickup in an effort to make the trucks more car like. He also commissioned an artist to make a hood ornament for the truck line.  So as you see 1933 was the first Dodge Ram. The Dodge Brothers truck line was produced from 1933 to 1935 and then the name was shortened to Dodge.  Over the years the numbers of these trucks have dwindled to just a few left. most are in collections and if you look for Dodge Brothers pickups you will not find any and what you do find will either be a basket case or in the very high price range. nbsp;  This truck is very rare and will win everything you enter it in as now one has seen anything like it. So if you are a guy that wants to be the center of attention and have a big crowd around your Hot Rod this is the one for you. Buy it for a fraction of the build cost
