This is a fantastic E Type. All the fun combined with reliability.  I have 2 E Types only one must go. as having 2 is greedy!   I am happy to look at deals and take a part exchange or 2!
This car started life as a series 2 FHC. reputably driven by Stirling Moss back in '99 / 2000. then over the last couple of years the car has been rebuilt to series 1 Semi Lightweight specification with a huge number of modifications that would cost you over £120. 00 if you were building a similar car today.  

Jaguar E-Type 4. 2 FHC rebuilt to 'semi lightweight' specification. Modifications including aluminium bonnet. doors. lightweight rear hatch. lightweight Dunlop replica wheels. lightweight period racing bucket seats. Aston Martin tailgate fuel filler cap and aluminium fuel tank. The modifications go far further than just cosmetics with a full race 4. 2 Rob Beere engine on 48 Weber's. This produces reputedly over 340BHP. Aluminium fly wheel allows a crisp free revving engine delivering the power through a 5 speed Gatray gearbox. The Stewart Walker side exit exhaust allows more power and saves weight. Fully adjustable suspension with shocks having the capability of being set up for the road or track. 4 pot callipers on the front with vented. drilled discs and improved geometry. Finished in Ecurie Ecosse Blue with graphite wheels and polished aluminium spinners which all add to the purposeful look with the power and handling.
