1969 El Camino SS 396.
This is a true 138 SS with the matching numbers original 396 engine/Turbo 400 Trans.
1968 was the only year with a VIN specific SS El Camino. making this a very rare car w/only 5. 90 ever produced.
Rare Factory black on black with bucket seats. center console. factory wood grain steering wheel.
Factory Air P/S. P/B. A/C is not connected at this time although compressor turns freely.
Original No rust ever CA Black Plate car.
Sold new in La Crescenta. CA in a very dry area of Southern CA. It has always been in Southern California (San Fernando Valley & Palm Springs) and has had only 3 owners including myself. Original owner had for 40 + years!
It has had a full cosmetic restoration. Runs and drives well. The brakes also work well.
I have listed my car for sale as is where is. Any inspections should be made prior to making a binding bid on the car. I am available for inspections. I will help with pick up and shipping of the car worldwide after all funds have been made by deposit into my account or by cash payment.
