Very clean and correct 1967 Camaro RS convertible. strong 327 with a powerglide. 4 barrel carb with plug and play ignition. Solid body. paint is about 5 years old and is clean. no dents scrapes or issues. Body was taken down to metal and painted by a very good shop. no rust. no paint bubbles. I have owned this car for about 7 years. starts every time. runs and drives very well. sounds great. Mostly original. previous owner had put in a new interior. still has the steel backs on the bucket seats. Somewhere along the line it got a AM/FM cassette. looks like a custom autosound unit. Has a cowl induction hood someone added in it's life. Headlight doors work! New exhaust. new tires. recently lined up. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car anywhere. I believe it is a 2- or 3+ car. Has a nice parade boot for the top.
For you purists out there. the cowl tag reads 67-12467. Paint code R-1 741-z 2MG 3SL. which according to the decoder online is a 1967 327 V-8. powerglide convertible with the RS package. interior decor group produced in the Norwood plant. Bolero red. Car has power disc brakes on the front. power steering and a manual top.
I replaced 2 of the windows which were scratched and put in several new window regulators. all the windows work well and line up well. Undercarriage is not rusted and is solid. floors were replaced by a previous owner. This car is an instant hit no matter where you go. This car is a very solid driver. not a show car but a good clean driver and fits well at the local cruise ins.
What isn't great? Horn doesn't work. I believe it's the relay. top is older. but doesn't leak and is perfectly functional. I had the engine and transmission rebuilt about 4 years ago. It is not the original engine. but it is a period correct 327. This is not some cobbled up junker. its a car that has been maintained all of it's life from what I can tell. It is a very respectable and beautiful car.
Interested? Ask questions before you bid. this isn't an auction to buy a chance to come look at it. I am happy to let you look at the car in advance and encourage you to do so. If you are serious and want to talk about the car email me a phone number and I'll call you back. Car is sold as is with no warranty it's a 47 year old car! It wouldn't take a lot of work to make this a show car.

Can you send me a pic of the Vin # and the Trim tag?

Extremely interested. First question has to be where is this car currently located. Makes a difference in shipping> Also, what kind of shape is the radiator in (original) Any leaks like in the rear differential or the transmission fluid tank? How about the transmission How close are the brakes to be needing replacing. The horn doesn't work, do the turn signals? You say no rust on the undercarriage any work done there like new powder coating? (I ask because if the floors were replaced there must have been a lot of rust under there at some point in the cars life) I also have a question about financial transaction. You are quite specific as ti what you want. I understand that but it leaves no protection for the buyer. All the money is paid, the car is still in your hands and so it the title and no bill of sale. I would suggest we do a bill of sale, and use an escrow service to make the transfer of money for bill of sale. Once money is wired, it['s gone and there's no getting it back if something falls through.
