Deposit: Non refundable Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close.  All deposits are non-refundable due to removing them from the market. re-listing fees. and possible loss of sale.   Please call or message us with a tracking number for the deposit.  Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 7 days to pay.  Warranty: Equipment is covered by manufacturers warranty only.  

Fee and Tax Information:

Premier Motor Cars recommends that every buyer visually inspect his or her purchase prior to final sale.   We are more than happy to arrange for any necessary ground transportation should you choose to visit our showroom in SW Florida.    We welcome you to arrange for an outside inspection should you not be able to personally travel to Bonita Springs.   Understand that all outside inspections must be arranged for by the Buyer and must take place in Bonita Springs or at our facility.   Any costs related to an outside inspection will be the responsibility of the Buyer.  

 

We are a Florida dealer and are required to collect tax if you pick up the car yourself in Florida. If your state is reciprocal with Florida you will be credited for tax paid in Florida when you register the car in your home state.   Currently 3 states do not allow credit for tax paid in Florida.   They are Arkansas. Mississippi. and West Virginia.

 

If you contract a shipper yourself and have the car picked up then we are not required to collect sales tax.
