Fees & Taxes 
Please note that there is a $299 documentation fee on every vehicle sale and all title fees are billed COD if you live in Florida. We collect sales tax for Florida buyers; out of state buyers are responsible for all state. county & city taxes and fees. as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.   We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped. full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end.   Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Platinum Leasing of Orlando within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 1 business day of the close of auction. or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction. we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise. we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. We reserve the right to sell the vehicle off of eBay to a showroom customer in the event that a deposit is not received within the stated time period. if a deal was completed in the dealer showroom before we accepted a bid/offer. or if there is no response from a winning bidder within the time stated.

Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership may be available to pick you up at Orlando International Airport when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.

Inc. will be happy to assist buyer with transportation arrangements within the US borders when necessary to take advantage of our volume discounts.   The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and are generally paid COD when the car arrives directly to the transporter. Inc. can not be held responsible for any delays in shipping as it is beyond our control. Inc. will NOT handle any  arrangements for export outside the US .   It is the purchasers sole responsibility to handle all related details and transport of any vehicle to be exported.
