This beauty is totally restored. top to bottom. Gorgeous  Cortez Silver paint with new black convertible power top. fresh black bucket seat interior with factory console. super detailed trunk with spare tire cover and restored jack. Under the hood looks exactly like they did in 1969! Fully detailed for the shows down to the little details.

This  super fine Chevelle was just purchased from the President of the Virginia Chevelle Club. Solid trophy winning car!

In 1969 The SS package was simply an option package added to a Malibu.

The only way we know this car is not a factory SS is because he told us!

Everything screams original and correct.

She's powered by a super correct 1969 396 engine designated for a 1969 SS-396 Chevelle with automatic transmission. Rebuilt and pumped up a bit to 375+ horsepower. The sound is simply magical. "The rumble we love!"

Nice healthy higher performance cam. ceramic coated headers. high enery ingnition. aluminum intake manifold. and a fresh Dual Feed Holley 4 BBl. Carburetor! 

All that power is funneled through a rebuilt Turbo 400 transmission and then back to the 12 bolt posi. rear with 3. 23 city / highway gears.   Automatic Big Block cars work Great with that rear around town or on the highway.

Handling is helped greatly by the SS only. F41 suspension with sway bars front and rear and boxed lower control arms.

Stopping is superb with the optional power front disc brakes.

To sum it up. this is one of the nicest driving Chevelle's we have ever had.

AND SO MUCH FUN!

She's wonderfully equipped in addition to the above mentioned features. with power steering. am fm radio. tilt steering column. power top. correct 14" SS 5 spoke mags. correct '69 SS stripes. and flowmaster dual exhaust!
