Delivered April 6. 1984. most service records since new.

Current owner is fifth or sixth. service records indicate at least five owners.   Car originally delivered in Texas. then owned in OK. then FL. then NC. then VA.

Current needs/Condition:

AC not working. has not worked since bought by current owner. was converted (to R12?) by previous owner but never checked/serviced by current owner

Tach stops at about 3400 RPM. redline/shift indicator lite on speedometer does work

Dash is cracked. leather seats (both front) have tears. headliner and sun visors are new. carpet good.

Clear coat finish on whale tail is peeling. Scratch above passenger side rear wheel. on fender. some rock chips. most paint in very good shape. NO RUST.

This car runs and handles as beautifully as it looks!!!

This is the second 911 I have owned and I have found the air cooled six cylinder engines to be extremely reliable. as well as a lot of fun. It does not like to idle in very cold temps until warm. mechanic can tell you what needs to be replaced (air sensor?) but problem has not been major enough to warrant cost of replacement.   Shifts very smooth. gets approx. 25 mpg. requires premium gas. oil usage does not exceed factory specs.   I am only reluctantly selling this car; difficult to justify to my wife with two kids in college.
