73 Vette, Dark Blue w/Saddle interior, 350ci, 4-spd manual, a/c, p/s, p/b & p/w

Nineteen seventy three was a transitional year for Corvette. Although production of the C-3 or Shark bodied cars would continue through 1982. the ’73 was unique in that it was a kind of out with the old. in with the new . . . sorta design. The rear end of the car still had its "old" chrome bumpers in place. but. what was all "new" was the front end of the car. Anticipating the federal mandate for energy absorbing bumpers. Chevrolet designed a quite elegant front urethane covered front bumper. new front fenders and Cowl Induction hood incorporating hidden windshield wipers! All firsts for the Corvette. The next year. urethane covered rear bumpers would be phased in to join the front one making the ’73 truly a one year only design and a beautiful one. at that!

This very nice #’s matching example has been frame off restored and incorporates a lot of the original parts. The paint in the original Medium Blue is in excellent condition. as is the mostly original deluxe interior which features a/c. p/s. p/b & p/w. The engine has been "messaged" a bit to go with the cars true character and the whole package runs and drives great! We don’t get too many ’73’s. and this one is excellent! Comes with receipts. photos of the restoration and the original steering wheel.
