1970 Camaro

Has been beautifully maintained and resides in SC. Runs excellent. Driven to local shows otherwise transported in my enclosed trailer. This Camaro maintains its original look (somewhat) on the outside and in the interior while having plenty of upgrades to make it more fun to drive than the original. The car is a beautiful Mulsanne Blue with polished clear coat. Dual Bright White stripes and the Z-28 look. Split bumper added to non-RS car. fiberglass hood. all new bumpers. lighting. lenses. seals. interior panels. carpet. headliner. stainless. Full gauge package with original stock looking gauges instead of aftermarket. floor mounted gas pedal. console delete. small additional gauge cluster under dash for additional readings. Original 1970 dated 15" 5-spoke rims painted a darker graphite color with Mulsanne Blue metallic flecks and clear coated to a beautiful shine. new trim rings and center caps.

Engine is a 340+ horsepower 350cu 4 bolt main. Aluminum Pistons and Pins. Edelbrock performer polished aluminum intake. Holly 4 bbl Street Avenger 670 Carb (better reaction and range in gears than 750 I had). HEI Dist. Holley Hi Flow Mechanical Fuel pump. Cooled by a BCool Radiator and double electric fan. Exhaust via Stainless Steel Pypes 3" dual exhaust with crossover. Aluminum valve covers and air cleaner assembly. billet hood hinges and radiator supports. Carbon Fiber full length radiator support panel. Stainless polished aluminum brake lines. Chrome pulleys and power steering. chrome booster and master. More - see pictures.

Transmission is a rebuilt muncie M21 Close Ratio 4-Speed originally from a 1969 Z-28. Hurst Shift package. Rear axle is a rebuilt 1970 12-Bolt with new Eaton Posi-traction along with C-Clip eliminators for safety. JEGS aluminum differential cover. 3. 73 gear ratio.

Front suspension has 1. 25 inch front sway bar. all polygraphite greaseable fittings. tubular upper and lower control arms. 2" drop spindles. SSBC 11" rotors with aluminum polished dual piston calipers. Dual adjustable QA coil over shocks round out front end upgrades. Rear suspension is heavy duty leaf spring with traction bars to eliminate even the slightest axle wrap on acceleration. Frame connectors help lock the front and rear frames together for stiffer reaction and less body twist. Rear brakes remain as drums due to complication with disk upgrade along with the C-Clip eliminators but upgraded to heavy duty larger drum and brake package. (Some aftermarket brake manufactures now make packages for rear 12 bolts with C-Clip eliminators if you want to add at a later date).

Trunk is show ready and original looking condition with splatter paint as would have been shipped with. No Rust in trunk or quarter 'wells'. Full size spare tire on 5-spoke rim mounted in trunk with OEM new jack and plastic jack cover. Original quarters. Not sure if original front fenders. Trunk tension springs are new and hold truck up nicely (little quirk on some older Camaro's).

No sagging in doors. close cleanly. new OEM sill plates. Side windows clear of common scratches.

This car has been awesome to build and own and now I am selling to work on my other cars.
