1982 Chevrolet Corvette: White exterior with a red interior based on the original a-pillar trim tag which I have in excellent condition. Options are. air. cruise. power locks windows and mirrors. HD suspension. aluminum wheels and glass t-tops. This vehicle is approximately 60% completed and I have well over 1000 man hours invested. Restoration is being done following the NCRS judging guide. Obviously many will say this is a low performance vehicle that may not ever be worth anything; however it is the last year of this body style and first year for the crossfire motor that will perform well with the restoration I'm doing. This is a numbers matching driveline and the motor. transmission and rear end which have been disassembled. cleaned. and then rebuilt. The frame was stripped and refinished. Everything is complete on the rolling chassis/driveline. except AC compressor installation and the new alternator harness that runs down the inside of the driver's side frame rail. The body of the car is on a roll around dolly that I made for easy transport and has been completed stripped of paint inside and out using soda blasting technology. I also have every original part right down to the nuts and bolt bagged. boxed and labeled along with the NCRS restoration guide. GM assembly manual. original Helms service manual that was used in dealerships. owner's manual and sales brochure. This is not a back yard project. it would involve someone with a great deal of knowledge with C3 Corvettes to complete. but is a steal at the price I have listed. I have in excess of $25000 in receipts which I would forward. not included my own time. which obviously can't be recouped. I can't even begin to explain in print the amount of work that's been done. please contact me any time I would be glad to discuss the details with what has been completed to this point. (SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY WITH PREVIOUS POSITIVE FEEDBACK. ALSO. I'M NOT A TECHNICAL RESOURCE FOR YOUR RESTORATION PROJECT SO PLEASE DON'T ASK THOSE QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS ABOUT THE PROJECT. AS THEY WILL GO UNANSWERED. )
