Major parts that are missing, rear bumper, starter, part of carburetor and radiator were stolen while the car was in a body shop undergoing restoration. Hood has a sanded clear coat but not buffed. Rest of the body needs to be sanded with 2000 grit and buffed. Owner is unable to finish the restoration and has many parts to finish the car which will be included. Motor has matching numbers on engine & car. Owner also has a spare engine."
