1941 Series 6733 Imperial Sedan 1 of 210 manufactured

Sale price: $20,000.00 make an offer

Seller's notes: "Cadillac made the 67 Series for only 2 years before the US was forced into the war. This unique car has a Fisher Body exterior and Fleetwood imperial interior. Rare backup light, working electric divider with front mounted switch, rear vanity mirrors, and recast steering wheel. Paint shines extremely nice with custom pin striping. Trunk has a little orange peel and one spot on front fender likely from hood rub. Chrome has some pitting but still very presentable. Interior good with vinyl front seat and grey cloth passenger seating with auxiliary seating. This car just simply turns heads wherever it goes. You simply do not see this body style often. 346 flathead from 1947 Cadillac. Converted to 12 volts for reliable starting. New leaf and front coils springs in 2011. Solid prewar car that in my opinion you could keep as is or even consider upgrading to more aggressive engine. Runs fine and people love it!"

SEE THIS CAR SATURDAY MARCH 8 AND SUNDAY MARCH 9 at the CLEVELAND NATIONAL CAR SHOW at the IX CENTER!!!  With war breaking out across Europe and Asia. Cadillac production efforts declined substantially in 1940.   Additionally. the company decided to modernize its look by integrating the front headlights and making an even larger single hood with all chrome flying goddess.   The Series 67 was to be a car available at a price point just south of the standard series 75 Fleetwood.   What is interesting is that the Series 67 is actually a longer car by 3 inches!  Weighing in at 4. 10 pounds the base cost of this imperial sedan version (model 6733) was $2. 90.   Adjust for inflation. the price today would be $45. 88!  Total product of the Series 67 in 1941 and 1942 was roughly 1. 00 total cars.   This is absolutely rare and very beautiful car having lines that are not seen in any other GM model during the 1940s.

This car has rear wheel fender skirts but I believe it looks better without!  Please take the opportunity to see this car and bid on it as it needs a great home!  This is the 2nd 1941 Cadillac that I will have hopefully find a great home for!

Good luck bidding and please contact me with questions.

Thank you!
