1971 Mercedes 280SE "Low Grille" 3. 5 Coupe with blue California license plates. numbers-matching engine. and factory-original floors.  Owned since the 1970's by a mathematics professor in the El Cerrito hills in the S. F. Bay Area.  Stored for over ten years and not driven.  Excellent body gaps and original factory floors.  Factory electric windows and air conditioning.  Excellent rare model for restoration.  Engine turns but we have made no attempt to start it.  Some rust in spare tire area of trunk other isolated areas. but mostly an excellent solid California chassis (see undercarriage pictures).  This rare Low Grille 3. 5 Coupe represents one of the most stylish and timeless Mercedes designs ever produced.  Good color combination and options.  We are a licensed California dealer: California retail buyers will be responsible for tax and license fees.  Overseas buyers are welcome: We work closely with a local shipper in Hayward.
