THE OVERVIEW

Finished in jet black over grey cloth interior. this near 30 year-old classic Alfa sports a great running 2. 5 liter V6 engine mated to the factory 5 speed manual transmission. The NON-working odometer shows 03713 but the actual mileage cannot be verified. It features a large manual sliding sunroof. updated CD stereo. two sets of wheels. electric windows and is being sold with clear and clean California title. It will be smogged if purchased by a California buyer.

THE BODY AND TRIM
The exterior of this Alfa is in decent condition overall. a presentable "twenty footer" I would say with a pretty deep shine to the black paint. There is one scrape/dent on the drivers side door and rear quarter exposing some corrosion underneath. There is also some NON-STRUCTURAL rust spotting under the hood inside the fenders. along the edge of the hatch and an area inside corner of the rear hatch. There are also miscellaneous nicks. blemishes and touched up spots.

THE INTERIOR
The interior of this GTV6  is in good but not concourse condition overall. The odometer. sppedo and tach are inop. [Possibly all connected electrically]. The gas gauge. blinkers and lights all function properly as do the windows. sunroof and stereo. The seat upholstery is in good condition with a wear/torn spot on outside edge of drivers seat. There is some heat cracking atop the dashboard. some staining on the seat upholstery and carpeting.

THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE
This classic GTV starts right up and runs VERY well with peppy acceleration and nice verve from the V6 engine. Clutch takeup is excellent though typical of this breed. second gear synchro is weak and requires less than brisk shifting. The braking is superb with nice pedal feel. the suspension is solid though the car shimmies at higher highway speeds. I have new tie rod bushings still in the box for next owner. There is a slight exhaust manifold leak/air flutter. Overall this is a fun car to drive in the classic Alfa spirit while still garnering much attention from fellow motorists.
