Welcome to my Auction for my beautiful Mercedes Benz 280SL with Hard Top & rear seats accompanied with 3 point safety belts (which are brand new). the rest of the interior is fantastic for the year and has very little signs of wear. This is a wonderful example and drives superbly. it is not a £16-£20. 00 concourse car but most definitely way way above an average one we looked at. we viewed 17 of these over a period of a year and this was the best we were able to find with our budget  BUT our teenagers are now too big to travel in the back so will now have to try and find a classic saloon Mercedes instead.

There is a real heritage with this car such as a Full History from New with the original service book with 20 stamps and all MOT's with all the service receipts in date order. the previous owner purchased the car in 2006 and the service history slowed down as he only covered approximately 12. 00 miles over that period.

I have also just had all four alloys wheels refurbished and there is an MOT until October 2014 and 3 Months Tax. I have tried to cover everything. I really hope to find somebody who is realistic. looking for a smart looking example and who is going to give this car a good home (with a garage) and have time to appreciate it.

I have just put X4 New Tyres on it as the old ones were a little perished. New Distributor cap. New HT Leads. New Plugs & a New Soft Top Seal.
