After being withdrawn from our November sale due to a fault with
the side door. we are happy to report the fastidious vendor had the
problem rectified (at a cost of £3. 00) and we are delighted to
offer this unique vehicle for auction once again.

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a full-size van built in
Stuttgart. The first generation Sprinter was launched in Europe in
1995 to replace the famous but outdated Mercedes-Benz TN van dating
from 1977 and was voted International Van of the Year for 1995.

First registered on 13th September 2004. this AMG built Sprinter
is one of three manufactured for the Sultan of Brunei. specifically
commissioned for him to watch camel racing in air-conditioned
luxury. The original coachwork was yellow with red leather trim but
this has tastefully been repainted in metallic black with tan
interior. The front electrically operated Recaro seats are trimmed
in Connolly leather as is the dashboard and headlining. Integrated
satellite navigation and reversing camera. together with Bluetooth
for the phone system and iPod connection are also fitted. The rear
passenger area is accessed from a side door or via the electric
sliding privacy door in the cab area.

Comfort in the rear has been designed with no expense spared in
every aspect. with four Recaro Pilot seats. fully electronic in
their operation and again trimmed in tan Connolly leather. The wall
lining is also finished in Connolly leather incorporating a 29"
Sony HD TV/computer monitor for +the forward facing seats. The rear
facing seats are afforded the same luxury. again with a 29" Sony
TV/computer monitor. The central tan leather and suede covered
console includes a refrigerated drinks cabinet with an
electronically sliding drawer incorporating drinking glasses. Apple
Mac wireless keyboard and electronics control panel. Concealed
comfort lighting as well as mood lighting add to the luxurious
ambience of this outstanding vehicle.
At a cost of over £300. 00 from AMG. the specification of this
outstanding Mercedes-Benz is incredible and needs to be seen to be
fully appreciated combining. as it does. the best aspects of a VIP
mobile office with a tourer for sightseeing in style.

levied upon the final hammer price of this lot.
