I looked closely and right lower corner of winshield has a small section that has a thin edge along windshield about 2+ inches long surface rust. any other defects in paint is where paint is chipped and redish primer shows. it is not rust not ROT

I DO NOT HAVE THE TRANSMISSION.    i HAVE THE ENGINE THE PREVIOUS OWNER DISMANTLED. THE MOTOR LOOKS GREAT. ALL CLEAN. PIECES LOOK SO GOOD LIKE IT COULD BE PUT RIGHT BACK TOGETHER.

HERE IS THE STORY OF THE CAR.

Porsche was imported by a gentleman that drove and enjoyed it till motor started to drip oil. He had fear of blowing up the motor so he parked it and let it sit in the garage for years. He finally sold it to his son. His son thought he could simply take it apart and reduild it. The son took it apart and then sold it to a buddy of mine. My buddy bought it and it sat with him for years.   He kept the transmission from the car and sold the car to me. I had intentions of rebuilding the car but then a car I want to buy came up for sale. Now I need to sell the car and want to keep the engine. Who ever reading this knows how rare these cars are getting. The prices keep rising and will continue to rise. I have the engine and might be willing to part with it. My intention is to aquire another EURO car.    It was in worse shape than this one and has been restored and my friend is willing to part with it to me.   feel free to email me or call me. text is also fine    Rob 508 525 0069  THIS IS NOT A RUSTED CAR. PAINT HAS CHIPPED OF IN A FEW PLACES AND CAN SEE THE RED PRIMER BELOW THOSE SPOTS ARE NOT RUST IN THE PHOTOS.   I ADDED A PHOTO OF THE SPOT NEAR WINDSCREEN WHERE THERE IS A RUST SPOT.
