      Here is a rare opportunity to own an entirely original 1967 Cougar GT “SURVIVOR. ”
      The car is nicely equipped from the factory with the GT Equipment Group. a 390-4 engine. air-conditioning. Tilt-Away steering wheel. and lots more. All of this is documented by the Marti Report.
     The car was originally a California Car and it still retains the functioning “smog pump. ” The fact that it was a California car for much of its life would help to explain the rust-free original condition.
     As a “survivor” the car is in very good original. but one should not expect a “survivor” to be in concours condition. The car is in a condition commensurate with a vehicle that has been well taken care of. but it is original. so it shows the minor wear and tear that one would expect of a car that is 46 years old.
     Mechanically the car is in great shape. The engine runs beautifully and the car runs and drives as it should. Even the air-conditioning works. It has recently been serviced including a tune-up. fluids changed. and the air-conditioning charged.
     The interior is in very good condition showing only minor wear and tear.
     The exterior is also in very good condition. There are some dings and chips. and the paint is “thin” on the hood and some of the horizontal surfaces. but it is original.
     True “survivors” are getting very difficult to find. Not only is this car a true “survivor. it is a well optioned “Big-Block” Cougar GT.
