1963 Ford Galaxie 500 XL. a period correct 385 horse power 406 and a 4 speed transmission this original B code 406 Big Block is one of the nicest. of these rare cars that we have ever seen. The car has had a very extensive frame off restoration some years back and still looks new. The block is a period correct 406 with the correct heads. intake. carburetor and distributor. It is finished in Corinthian White with a Turquoise bucket seat interior with full console and correct lock out shifter with black ball. It rolls around on 15 inch Firestone Deluxe Champion red line bias ply tires on steel wheels with full correct Spinner hubcaps and utilizes 6 leaf springs. The chrome and stainless are immaculate on the car as is the glass. The dual exhaust has new stainless steel mufflers and sounds great. The clutch is tight with no chatter.
