THIS AUCTION IS FOR A 1978 PORSCHE 911 SC TARGA THAT HAS HAD THE ORIGINAL 3. 0 MOTOR SWAPPED OUT WITH A FRESHLY BUILT 3. 2L. THE VEHICLE RUNS AND DRIVES WONDERFUL AND IS IN EXCEPTIONAL SHAPE AS SEEN IN PICS.
THE VEHICLE EXTERIOR IS IN VERY NICE SHAPE FINISHED IN A LIGHT GOLD METALLIC THE PAINT SHINES NICE AND THE BODY IS FREE FROM ANY MAJOR DENTS DINGS OR SCRATCHES. THE INTERIOS IS EXCEPTIONAL THE SEATS LOOK AS THOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONALLY  RECOVERED AND THE DOOR PANELS AND DASH ARE IN GREAT SHAPE AS WELL. THE CARPET DOES SHOW ITS AGE AND I HAVE A QUOTE OF 800. 00 TO REPLCE THE CARPET IN BLACK OR THE ORIGINAL LIGHT TAN COLOR. THE TARGA TOP COULD US NEW VYNIL ON THE EXTERIOR AND I ALSO HAVE A QUOTE OF 750. 00 TO HAVE THIS DONE.
THE MOTOR I AM TOLD WAS REPLACED BY TROPHY PERFORMANCE IN LAS VEGAS BUT I DO NOT HAVE THE RECEIPTS FOR THE WORK. I AM TOLD IT IS AN UPGRADED 3. 2 MOTOR WHICH WOULD HAVE REPLACED THE ORIGINAL 3. 0 I HAVE LISTED THIS CAR FOR SALE FOR A FRIEND THAT IS NOT REAL EBAY SAVVY . HE TOOK THIS VEHICLE IN TRADE AT HIS CAR DEALERSHIP AND ASKED IF I WOULD LIST IT FOR HIM ON EBAY. THE CAR IS ALSO FOR SALE LOCALLY AND IF SOLD LOCALLY WE WILL END THE EBAY LISTING. NEVADA RESIDENTS WILL NEED TO PAY LOCAL SALES TAX AND A 350. 00 DOC FEE TO THE LOCAL DEALER FOR PROCESSING THE PAPERWORK.
THE MILES DO SHOW UNDER 12000 ON THE ODOMETER I WISH I HAD MORE HISTORY ON THE EVHICLE I AM HAVING THE VEHICLE INSPECTED THIS WEEK BY TROPHY PERFORMANCE AND I WILL ADD MORE INFO AS I GET IT.
