This two owner car has been garage kept since new with only 21. 95 Documented miles. The car runs as good as it looks with 230 hp shifting effortlessly through every gear.  Steering is tight and grabs the road through every turn.  The cab is spacious and dead quiet while the car is running and nearly 100% original.   When taken to the Mercedes Benz Dealership I was told by a veteran - Mercedes mechanic that this car has the best engine compression of any antique Mercedes he has ever seen.
This 1972 Mercedes 280se 4. 5 was Special Ordered with Papyrus White finish and beautifully complimented with an Extremely Rare Forest Green interior and a Chrome Plated floor shift.  The seats are impeccable. the MB Tex is still fresh and soft the touch.  The headliner has maintained its originality and is as still extremely clean and taught with no rips or tears.  The original air condition unit still blows ice cold.  The carpet is clean and colorful and nearly perfect with the exception of a small patch missing from the rear passenger carpet.
The car is registered and tagged with a Clear Title. You have to experience the car in person to truly appreciate the originality and quality that this car has conserved through its years.
