This 1964 Corvette Stingray Convertible Resto mod It is built as a driver quality not a trailer queen….One of a kind buildA serious hard charging driver.... I mean you can putt around town in it too but will respond when you want it....  Full Global West Suspension upgrade.Mono spring rear with full posi plus rear camber upgrade (fixes known problem with rear camber)Front disc upgrade rears are stock drums - Fully built and balanced 496 stroker engine - Balanced kit by Skip White Racing out of TN - Complete balanced and matched SCAT rotating assembly with forged Wiseco pistons, 4340 competition rods, Mahle Moly rings, pro race balancer, heavy duty flex plate all matchingSummit racing clutch but still very “drivable”The frame is better than new - cage reinforced - properly notched for big block - sand blasted and etch primer with frame gloss blackI did not want to build a show or “numbers” car since when we purchased it it was not numbers matching. I built this as a beast of driver. So it has the stinger hood, big side pipes, painted bumpers, etc. Everything is new or rebuilt (for parts you cannot get new) - If you know these, you know it would easily cost well over $100k to have a custom vette built like this.It runs and sounds awesome. It handles really well, even with all the HP and torque.... It will pin you to the seat in all 4 gears 3.73 posi rear with 29" tall tires in the back and 27" in the front. Fenders were cut prior to us buying the vette so they can handle larger tiresWe are guessing over 600hp with the 496 stroker - if you wanted more you might get it with fuel injection but it really has more than it needs as it sits. * Needs a small body repair. Has a crack right on the fender by the hood line (less than 6") and the entire paint job needs cut and buffed. Just a little fiberglass work and touch up-spray. I tried to show it pictures but difficult to get a picture.* I installed the new vinyl top quickly it looks "ok" but would look better with a professional stayfast top installed (custom shop in Cleveland OH will supply and install ~ $1500 all in)I'm not sure how many 1964 Corvette Convertibles out there there built with stroker 496 Big Block and frame off resto.. but it has to very limited.Everyone is doing LS restomods and I wanted it to be different - VERY DIFFERENT.  Upgraded Bluetooth Stereo with amp extra speakers and but retained the factory lookCome see it before you buy it.... or just buy it and pay. I can get it delivered for a fee - Just understand EVERYTHING is paid for in full prior to delivery.Haggle before you buy not after.....Clear title in hand
