I have a 1965 v8 corvair for sale here. It has a 327 small block chevrolet in it. it was built by a shop in California years ago. It was raced years ago in SCCA competition and was all gone over when I bought it. It has brand new tires. 4 wheel drum brakes still. the rear louvers were custom made to the car. The interior firewall was hand fabbed aluminum with a thick plexiglas top piece. the belt system on it is a cog style setup for the alternator and water pump. I am looking to sell this to make room for my next project and would like to see someone enjoy it. The paint on it looks good but it does have defects in the paint but hey it was painted 30 some years ago and as you can see in the pictures it looks good yet. These type of cars are getting harder and harder to come by and here is your chance to own one mean machine. The kit used was a crown kit. It does have a rollcage as well. Any questions . feel free to ask. It is sold as-is. Folks have asked for dash pictures and I added 2 pics. of the dash while I was working on it to add turn signals. running lights. headlights. wipers. new lokar throttle pedal assembly and cable. the last pic shows the front of motor with the cog drive belts. Another question I was asked is does it have a heater and that answer is no. The front firewall is sheetmetal custom fabbed as are the front fenderwells. Almost everything in this car was handmade not store bought in some kit. The only kit part of this car was the crown mouting and bell part.
