1971 f100 ranger long bed. Great running truck no mechanical issues! This is not a 71 taken out of the barn and put up on eBay. This truck was taken apart 3 years ago and the 360 was rebuilt. Has a mild cam in it. The C6 was rebuilt as well. Has a 9” rear .390 gear. I believe the steering wheel and column are from an old thunderbird. New gas tank, Interior floors were replaced, new seat skin, headliner, interior paint. Headers and dual flow masters (sounds awesome!)After that the truck sat in a carport for 2.5 years when I then bought it from my friend. I then sunk another 7k into it all within the last 6 months. Redid the driveshafts(all parts and paint)put a new 650 edlebrock in it, electronic ignition, a new luxerad 4 core aluminum radiator, new hoses, new power steering pump, new power steering box, new belts, new halo led headlights, new bulbs and lenses all around, new window tint(including front window) new rims and whitewalls (15”) new front brakes (rotors, pads) new king pins, 69 grill, runs and drives great! Very quick. If I were keeping it I'd eventually address the bed. It has rust holes but is still functional to carry stuff. Cab corners are solid. Some rust on hood in typical spots. But nothing I'd fix as her name is “Rust No Ritches” hand painted in one shot enamel . Custom patina paint job (not cleared) I apply boiled Lind seed oil every month to seal and add satin shine. Trouble free 71 hot rod looking for a new home.
