This is a 1971 Mercedes 280SL in excellent condition. This car is an original Black ( #040 ) car . a very rare and sought after color for the 113 chassis cars. We repainted this car using correct Glasurit paint. all the rubber seals and gaskets were renewed as well. All chrome has been refinished. all new leather ( not MB Tex ) interior. all new seats. door panels. dashboard. new German square weave carpets. All wood has been refinished. original Becker radio has been rebuilt. new German canvas soft top. Engine has been detailed. rebuilt cylinder head and extensive mechanical work done.
