This 1970 Mustang Mach1 that has undergone major structural restoration. Panels were removed where necessary, media blasted, metal was etched, industrial coated, seams sealed and later sprayed with in primer. The car was originally medium lime green metallic with black Mach 1 stripes on the hood and black Mach 1 accents on the trunk. The interior was originally green confortweave and Corinthian grain vinyl but I opted for black. The dash cover is original and in great condition but needs to be cleaned and dyed black. It was originally a H Code 351W car with an FMX transmission but that drivetrain was swapped out for a 1970 M-Code 351 Cleveland 4V motor that was totally rebuilt, valvetrain geometry & timing set, detailed, given a new billet flywheel, clutch pressure plate, throw-out bearing, bellhousing and a professionally built Top Loader 4 speed transmission that's still on the pallet. Upper cowl panel (Weld-Thru Primer then industrial coated prior to assembly)Lower cowl panel (Weld-Thru Primer then industrial coated prior to assembly)Firewall (Weld-Thru Primer)Full, 1 Piece Floor pan (Dynacorn)Right inner A pillarRight outer A pillarLeft inner A pillarLeft outer A pillarRight front outer rocker panelRight inner frame railRight outer tank (Cowl Tank -Weld-Thru Primer then industrial coated prior to assembly) Left outer tank (Cowl Tank - Weld-Thru Primer then industrial coated prior to assembly )Right front torque boxRight rear quarter panel drop-offLeft rear quarter panel drop-offRear trunk braceLeft trunk floorRight trunk floorRear seat bracketsRear trunk floorRight front fender apronRight front frame railRadiator support (Weld-Thru Primer - Dynacorn)Driver's side door (Dynacorn)Passenger's side door (Dynacorn)New Hood replaced (Dynacorn)Driver's Side Front Fender (Dynacorn)Passenger's Side Front Fender (Dynacorn)Trunk Lid (Dynacorn)New Front BumperNew Rear BumperNew Honeycomb Tail Panel / TrimNew HeadlinerNew Seat Foam (TMI)New Seat Covers (TMI)New Carpet New Hood LocksNew Hood Hinges / Springs / Bumpers / etc.New Rear Honeycomb Tail Panel and TrimOriginal Grill More ...Missing parts:Driveshaft4 Speed shifter / Petal / Z-BarExhaust pipes (Discarded)Mach1 Lower Door TrimGas Tank (Discarded)The car will require rewiring .. An extensive amount of work was professionally done to restore the body and structure of what was my 1970 Mustang Mach 1 but I've decided to part ways with it. It was painted inside the engine compartment then collected dust for a year. The car is a roller with newly / completely built 1970 351 Cleveland 4V engine with Edelbrock Performer 351-4V intake with Comp Cam, KB pistons, new rings, performance bearings, torque plate honed, factory 4-V exhaust manifolds and and backed by a Top loader 4 speed. It's got newly restored seats, headliner, Mach1 hood & trunk stencils, boxes of parts, and the remaining base coat paint just to name a few. It is a 4 wheel drum brake car with power steering. The right rear drum was removed because the brake was sticking. In current form, the car does not have the engine or transmission, steering column, interior panels, carpet or seats, upper / lower dash, etc. installed.. The seats were professionally dome where they were disassembled down to the frames, cleaned, treated, given new TMI foam then TMI seat covers. The windshield, hatch glass and door glass wasn't going to be installed until after paint but comes with the car..There are many parts that are not organized and cataloged and since the body shop performed disassembly, I can't say a minor part isn't missing. You are welcome to look at the car and parts or have a representative look at it prior to bidding. The winning bidder will receive detailed pictures of the restoration thus far, the Deluxe Marti Report, matching base coat, and receipts.  Please feel free to ask questions and by all means schedule a time to look at the car. This car is is also advertised in Classified ads so the auction may end at any time. Free local pickup. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. You may use a service such as U-Ship (800) 698-7447 or other shipping service if outside the local area. Once full payment is received I will mail you the title. Thank you for your interest in advance.
