This stunning Mustang convertible was built at the Ford Dearborn plant in Michigan on the 29th of September 1969. It was built for Northland Ford, Oak Park , Michigan. They used this as their demonstration model until it was sold on the 14th November 1969.
It retains many of its original features from new. It was built in the absolutely breath-taking Medium Bright Blue metallic coachwork with white Rhino/Corinthian leather interior and white power electric roof incorporating the glass rear window all of which can be seen working perfectly today.
Sporting a set of polished alloy American racing wheels it looks amazing, and the V8 engine fitted to a Holley four-barrel carburettor is equally at home cruising at low speeds or press the gas pedal and it thunders along and sounds amazing. The C4 Automatic transmission, the Power steering and front Disc brakes which were appointed when new make this Mustang a fabulous driving car, the V8 “Burble” is present and the engine performs superbly. An Electronic ignition set up is present giving the car increased reliability and power. Under the bonnet the Edelbrock air filter, “Powered by Ford” rocker covers and Edelbrock performer aluminium intake manifold have also been fitted along with headers and dual exhaust system. Just 78k from new, with a massive folder of history including all the old mot's.
A dream car which turns heads everywhere I take her.
