Here is a 1969 Impala Hot Rod. It has a what I think is a minor electrical problem. BRAND NEW BATTERY AND STARTER BUT JUST CLICKS WHEN TRYING TO START. The engine is a 468 ci. Merlin block and heads rebuilt with only 40 miles on it as does the new 700R4 tranny. Not dynoed yet but the builder says he is guesstimating between 650 and 700 HP. New leather front seats, new carpet, new shifter, new steering wheel, new speedometer, new back tires, new front tires (not on rims),new 20 gallon fuel cell, new steering box, and all new front suspension bushings. Also have a lot of new and used spare parts that go with the car and a toolbox for a truck bed that the used parts are in. Some of the new parts include new front floor pans, new rear end gearing, new piping and mufflers for exhaust, and more. The paint has some bubbles forming but not rust, passes the magnet test, I think it was just bad body work from original owner.The original owner drag raced it and I was trying to prostreet it but ran out of time and money.
