We operate a car storage facility in North Yorkshire (www.carstorageyorkshire.co.uk). One of our clients has just moved to South Africa and has made the decision to sell his E type Jaguar series 2 FHCThe car was brought in from the USA in 2020 with a view to carrying out a full restoration. As you will see from the photographs the car is solid including footwells, spare wheel area, body mount for rear suspension. Because of US emission controls the car was originally fitted with stromberg carbs, we do however have (for sale separately) a set triple SU HD8 Carbs. In addition to standard spec the car has Power Steering and Air Conditioning.The car has been in dry storage since its arrival in the UK, we are selling it as a non runner and restoration project.We have copies of HMRC NOVA certificate, Certificate of title (from USA) and Jaguar Heritage Certificate No. 67354We welcome any inspection from serious enquiries but as our client has invested a considerable amount of money we respectfully request no silly offers. Hello, could i ask for a bit more information on the car? is it 100% original from manufacture, or has it been restored before? what work would be needed to get it working again? is the engine seized? and if purchased, would you be able to store it for a few months before collection? many thanks.
